NEMA confirmed the incident.
A two-storey building under construction has collapsed at Ishaga road, Surulere, Lagos.
The National Emergency Management Agency says five victims have been rescued from the rubble, three rushed to the hospital.
Two of the victims have been confirmed dead.
Rescue efforts are ongoing.
The incident is coming barely 10 days after a three-storey building collapsed at Ebute Metta, killing about seven people.
